2012年11月7日（水）、Harald Conrad博士（Lecturer in Japanese Studies, School of East Asian Studies, University of Sheffield、元APU准教授）をお迎えし、「Convergence to Anglo-Saxon Human Resource Management Practices? – An Analysis of Recent Occupational Pension Reforms in Japan」というテーマでRCAPSセミナーを開催しました。
2012年10月25日（木）、石井正純氏（Managing Director of AZCA, Inc.）をお迎えし、“Revitalizing Venture Ecosystem in Japan: A Perspective from Silicon Valley”というテーマでRCAPSセミナーを開催しました。
セミナーの後半では、石井氏の妻の純子氏から、“Two Sides of American Society: A Perspective”というテーマで、シリコンバレー在住の日本人の目から見た米国の様子をお話いただきました。
2012年10月15日(月)、シンガポールからBhubhindar SINGH博士 (Assistant Professor, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore) を講師に迎え、「Japanese Security Policy: Military Crises, Threat Inflation and Security Policy Development」と題したRCAPSセミナーを開催しました。
