The first author of the report, Xinyan Lin, graduated from HEALS, APU in September of 2012, used to work in IGES as consultant, and now is taking her Master of International Affairs in IHEID (Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies) in Switzerland. Lin spent 6 months in visiting many key institutes in China and completing the report. Since China's air pollution problem is attracting much attention, I hope that this policy report could be helpful as a reference, and also to share that our graduates are working actively in environmental field.
