| 4. Certificate of Enrollment from your home institution or University Entrance qualification documents | ||
| 5. Academic Transcripts achieved from your home institution | ||
| 6. Application Fees (including bank transfer charge) | ||
| 7. 3 identical passport sized photographs (attach one photo in the space provided on the "Application Form") | ||
| 8. Copy of your passport (photograph page) | ||
| 9. Documents which prove proficiency in English: English (Minimum requirement: TOEFL PBT 550 or CBT 213; TOEIC IP 730; IELTS 6.0) Language proficiency in English must be at a level sufficient enough to comprehend lectures. Applicants must have language ability as described above. Please submit copies of any official examination results. Please note that native speakers of English need not submit English proficiency certification. | ||
